Welcome to the PIRSA Corporate Strategy and Policy Development and Learning feedback questionnaire. The completion of this questionnaire will provide you with information about the perception others have of your at work role behaviour and will enable you to engage in self-directed learning with support from your Manager. The P&D Feedback Report you will receive provides the behaviour framework that enables you to focus on specific behaviours that you and your Manager have agreed will enable you to grow the contribution you make in your present role and allow you to pursue your career aspirations with us. The behaviour descriptions have been developed to direct a Development and Learning discussion towards those attitudes, skills and knowledge that are related to your personal contribution at work.
